NegOcc, Bacolod execs hope Ceres FC wins vs. Ha Noi of Vietnam

WITH the home team of Ceres Negros FC looking forward to win all their remaining games in the 2017 AFC Cup Group G, Negros Occidental and Bacolod City leaders have sent their prayers for their successful campaign against the visiting Ha Noi FC of Vietnam on April 19 at the Panaad Park and Stadium.

ceresfcCeres FC is currently at third spot with a win, pair of draws and a loss – identically tied with Felda United of Malaysia while, Ha Noi FC is on top of the group undefeated with 2 wins and pair of draws.

Gov. Alfredo Maranon Jr. said that he joins thousands of spectators in wishing Ceres Negros FC all the best for this much-awaited game. “May you compete with integrity and fairness as you continue to make us all proud of your triumphant victories in your previous games,” he said.

Meanwhile, Vice-Governor Eugenio ‘Bong’ Lacson stressed that “while we have a strong local team, we cannot underestimate the visiting team from Vietnam. Let us support the Ceres Negros FC by witnessing tomorrow’s game.”

Bacolod City Rep. Greg Gasataya wished all the best for Ceres FC. “Your remarkable achievements so far have already made you all as victors. I have no doubt that in your game against Vietnam you will give us even greater cause for pride,” he said.
